SUTERA CALTANISSETTA MOST BEAUTIFUL VILLAGE

Sutera is a municipality in the province of Caltanissetta Italian to 1,406 in Sicilia.
La town is part of the circuit of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is one of the stops of the Via Francigena, an ancient route that Magna already in the 11th century, connecting Palermo to Agrigento is about 600 m altitude and is about 40 km from Caltanissetta and about 100 km from Palermo, the regional capital.

The medieval town, consists of the three districts Rabato, Rabatello and Giardinello and unfolds harmoniously and naturally around the mountain of St. Paulinus (820 m).
